Time values in the archive have been changed
Storage format of time values in the TM parameter archive has been improved.
A raw value now contains raw archive time with nanosecond resolution.
An engineering value now contains the interpretation of the time as a string in CCS.
This is because the values stored in the archive as strings had a much lower resolution than original CCS time stamps.
As a side-effect of this change, the resolution of saved double-s has been improved too. The old mechanism to save double-s resulted in the default resolution of 6 decimal places, which is no longer the case.
This change will impact only custom tools that directly access the archive.
